About Us
Our home is managed by Sally, an outstanding RGN who has been in situ for well over 20 years and has continually developed and improved all levels of nursing and medical care within the home.
At the 2017 Celebrating Excellence Awards, Merafield View was proudly awarded "A Special Recognition Award" and an award in "Recognition of Achieving an Outstanding in Care" from the Care Quality Commission.
The aim is to provide a safe and secure environment for our residents to receive the nursing and medical care that they require and to support our residents and their families.
Merafield view is owned by Gina and David Smallridge, who have extensive experience in both nursing practice and nursing home management. Merafield View is a sister nursing home and provided David and Gina with the perfect home to sit alongside Meadowside and St. Francis, which is also located in Plympton, Devon.
