About Us

Our most recent CQC review in August 2017 returned an inadequate report. We have since been taking significant steps throughout our care centre to work towards a return to our Good rating at the next inspection. Such steps include the appointment of a new a registered manager, quality assurance manager to work with healthcare assistants, clinical lead and clinical facilitator. We have also installed a new nurse call system, electronic care planning and a new telephone system.

This ethos is nurtured throughout the home, by residents, visitors and staff contributing to ideas and recommendations for continually improving the care home.

Gary Hood Registered Manager

Gary has a wealth of experience as a Care Home Manager. He graduated with level 6 in Management and Leadership, having recently joined our wonderful team to lead in our quest for achieving an outstanding level of standard in all areas.
